BReTS has been collaborating with various Pvt sector banks, financial institutions, Insurance companies, etc to assist them to hire deserving candidates for various openings. Job aspiring candidates can make use of the placement assistance services being offered by BReT Solutions to get placed suitably.
Procedure to avail the Placement Assistance service
- Job aspiring candidates need to first register with BReTS for the services by paying required fees and filling the registration form with their details and submitting it to BReTS through courier / speed post. The candidates registering with BReTS will be served for one year from the date of registration in terms of communicating the details of available openings for them and training programmes related to the skills required for the job.
- BReTS will provide online course for preparation to competitive exams, with a validity period of 3 months, to the enrolled candidates for entry level jobs. The course will contain study material on topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, Current Affairs/General Knowledge and Computer knowledge.
- BReTS will train the candidates to write effective resume and gain better presentation skills in Interview/Group Discussions. BReTS will also organise virtual / physical (depending on the prevailing situations) mock interview sessions to equip the candidates to secure jobs in private/public sector companies.
- Upon placement, the successful candidates need to pay the prescribed facilitation fees to BReT Solutions.
